Estimate/Quote Appointments:
You may cancel or reschedule an estimate/quote appointment at any time without penalty. We simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Client Projects:
Once a project has been scheduled and a down payment has been made, that deposit is non-refundable. The down payment secures your project date, covers administrative and scheduling costs, and ensures materials and labor are reserved for your job.
If you need to postpone or reschedule a project, we’re happy to apply your existing deposit toward a future date when available.

5. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

We offer limited workmanship warranties on qualifying painting services, as stated in your written agreement.
Albatross Contracting is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the project.
